Onion Pakoda

Hmmm Heavy raining in chennai, wanna eat hot crispy onion pakoda...
Very easy to make snack, just try it out.

Ingrediants:

Onion  -     4 nos.
Besan  -      2 Cups
Rice Flour    -   1 hand full (or) 1/4 Cup.
Chilli Powder  - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry Leaves  - 1 tbsp.
Oil to fry
Crushed Garlic (Optional).

Method:

Slice Onion thinly, rub salt, chilli powder, with it and mix besan, rice flour, Garlic, Curry Leaves.
and 1 tsp oil, spary water very little if required.
Fry it in Oil,Now ready to eat Onion Pakoda.
