Potato Omelette ...

It's pouring rain today here in Chennai...which reminded me of eating hot.. hot... bread omelette at our recent trip to Kodaikannal...
So thought to try similar kind of recipe with Egg, its my family all time favorite ingredient.
This is very simple recipe which requires just 5 minutes to make it over.

Egg - 4
Potatoes - 2
Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Jeera - 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
oil - 1 tbsp.

Peel the skin and chop the potatoes finely.
Heat oil in the pan, add jeera and finely chopped potatoes
Saute well, add required salt and chilly powder, let it cook well.
In the meanwhile beat the eggs with salt and chilly powder.
Once the potatoes are cooked well, add the egg mixtue to the pan.
Flip the omelette to cook well and serve.

Note: you can add any spices like pepper, garam masala, curry leaves as per your spice level.
