Wheat bread..

I dedicate this  recipe to my Sister in-law Aanisha, who motivated me to bake...
This is my first baking with yeast, searched loads of article and recipe to use yeast....Anxiously tried this baking.
Finally learnt that I should use 2% yeast for 100% flour :)

I always prefer wheat or any whole grain flour instead of all purpose / refined flour....
so first thought to try wheat bread.


Ingredients & Measurements:

Wheat flour - 200 gms
Refined flour - 40 gms
Oil - 4 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Active dry yeast - 1 & 1/2 tsp

Method:

Dissolve yeast and sugar in water and keep it aside for 10 mins.
Knead wheat flour, refined flour, oil, salt along with the dissolved yeast and required water.
It should be bit looser than our flat indian bread dough (Chappathi dough)
Grease a bowl and keep the dough for 1 hour to allow it to raise it to double in size.
Then again punch it and roll to place it in greased bread baking tin keep it aside for another 30 mins.
After the second rise of the bread dough, bake it under 200 degree Celsius in preheated oven till 40 mins (this may differ according to the type of oven which is used).
Allow it to cool before cutting the bread.
